Shirodhara (शिरोधारा)

Shirodhara is one of the most popular and deeply relaxing therapies in Ayurveda. It involves the continuous pouring of warm medicated liquids (usually herbal oil, buttermilk, milk, or decoctions) in a rhythmic stream over the forehead (Ajna chakra / third-eye area) for a specific period.

It is highly effective in calming the nervous system, balancing Vata and Pitta doshas, and promoting mental clarity and relaxation.
